TX gets my vote too..
I have the TX650 very good psu, very quiet, and can handle everything i've thrown at it so far, OC'd quad, heavily oc'd dual 9800gtx+s, many usb things drawing power!!
TX gets the thumbs up from me!!
Another happy TX 650 user here. I did consider going the modular cable route, but decided my Antec 300 case has plenty of space for unused cables to be tied out of the way.
