It'll be the usual 3 years if Retail. 1 year if OEM. Statutory rights not affected.

Given my previous reply, I don't understand this question. Can you explain it better?

OEM chips have one year warranties because they're supplied to system builders who will be providing their own support, so a warranty only really has to last as long as it sits in the system builders warehouse and then gets tested in a system.

OEM is generally the same physical product, but normally comes with less support, shorter warranty, basic packaging, and so they can sell them for less to system builders, and then the system builders normally provides the support/warranty/packaging/etc (assuming the item is put into a "system")
