    Molex / ATX 8 pin psu power plugs.

    Hi evry1, this is Outlander my spec is :
    CPU:AMD ATHLON X2 6000+ (3.00Ghz)
    RAM:ZION 4x2 GB (8GB DDR2)
    MOBO:XFX 750a SLI (8200)
    HDD:2xW.D 500GB (SATA)
    OPTICAL DRIVE:LG 22XDVDR/W
    GRAPHICS CARD:NVIDIA 9800GT 1GB GDDR3
    PSU:ZEBRONICS ZEB 600WATT
    UPS:650W APC
    MONITOR:SAMSUNG B2230
    PC CASE:COOLER MASTER HAFF922

    Now the problem is my psu does have a 12volt mobo power cord (8pin) but it's very short. I need a long abt 12".is it possible to make one (EPS 8pin 12volt) or it's avalible in the market.Im looking for an 8 pin ATX power plug. i need a male plug in one end and a female in next end.What should I do, should I buy new psu & one more thing if I add a new 850 watt psu what should be my ups (how many watt) actually i am frm india, kolkata.ples help.thanks

    oops i am also having problem with my video card 98oo gt is it for the psu ????
    its my first thread if their is any mistake plz dont mind..

    I wouldn't buy a new PSU just for cable length. You can either buy the connectors and make your own, or simply buy an extender.

    600W is fine for your graphics card, however what amperage does it provide on the 12v rails?

    I think 8 pieces of 1mm wire (4black and 4 yellow) and some heatshrink plus 10minutes to solder it into place would be the easiest and cheapest route.
