    92mm Fan

Looking to put a 92mm fan onto the GPU side vent of my case. Currently the Enermax T.B. silence is the one im looking at getting.

Or do I go for a 80mm enermax magma at the same price?
    http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/80mm-...bber-A-V-Plugs

or for a bit extra pick the cluster which seems to have the same CFM as the magma but is a bit quieter?

    Re: 92mm Fan

I have some of the 80mm Magmas and while great fans i would go for the better performing 92mm one.
Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.

This is the one you want: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/138589

Brilliant fans, and cheap, look for a review of them. Comes with 2 pin standard fan and modified 2 pin molex connections.

Very quiet, and excellent build quality.

    Re: 92mm Fan

If you want near silent then the fractal fans are great.
    http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/92mm-...ber-Fan-Mounts
Also nicely sleeved and comes with rubber plugs to reduce vibration.

I'd not go for the magma they are the highest noise of the twister fans.

the white ones are decent PWM fans but if you're not running it off PWM I'd get the basic one you first linked

    Re: 92mm Fan

I didn't think much of the RedWings when I used them.

Nexus Basic though, very good for the money.

    http://www.quietpc.com/gb-en-gbp/pro...ns/nx-92-basic

Using them in all my machines, along with some Scythe fans, but I prefer the Nexus. Admittedly hardly any of them run at 12V, between various fan controllers they are all between 5V-10V normally.

    Re: 92mm Fan

Well in the end I went for the Enermax TB silence I first linked to as the PWM slot on my board isnt in the best place for a side fan. All up and running now with no extra noise and a good drop in temptures thanks to the fan and a bit of of a cable tidy.

    Thanks for the input.
