    A-Bit N-Bridge Fan

    Hi

Saw a little about this in one of the other posts, how they can be noisy. Mine makes a hell of a noise recently, I assumed that theres nothign I can do about it, can these be replaced with quiet versions or just a HS? If so, where do I buy from and how exactly do i replace it?

    Thanks
    Falcon

these can be replaced with a passive zalman heatsink that actually cools better than the current 40mm screamer

it wont fit if you have an SLK 800 or higher, i'm pretty sure you have to bend pins. As for cooling, the abit cooler is great, only reason it's rubbishrubbishrubbishrubbish is because the northbridge is a banana, once you lap the surface of the northbridge using the abit cooler as a block and then apply some AS5 it's as good as any other cooler out there, but yeah, shame the fans is rubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishe.
