Looking for printer recommendations - Small Office use
I'm struggling to find a good printer for a small office environment.
Full Colour A4
Looking for an input tray of around 200+ sheets
Fax machine
Copier
Scanner
Large capacity inks - this is the hard one, as no matter which review I read I cannot find any information on how often you have to change ink cartridges. We have an old HP with individual cartridges that are nice and large, yet our new Canon has tiny cartridges. They may be cheaper to buy, but we do not like the hassle of constantly changing them
Also, does anyone know of a printer that receives faxes, and then sends them to your PC for approval before printing? Our old brother printer did this, so that you could junk any rubbish and also automatically keep a copy of an faxes on your PC for reprinting should that be necessary.

Depends on whether you want ink or laser printer. I don't know many good color, laser and all in ones really, Brother may have some models. For ink all-in-ones I would suggest Canon Pixma and Epson Workforce. They have excellent color print quality but they need a lot of ink.
And about sending fax to PC for approval. Can you write the model of your old Brother printer. That's an interesting feature that I didn't know about.

The ones we use are Dell 3115cn but are around £500 with a 3 year on site warranty. Blanks are around 8000 pages and colours around the 2000 mark but cant remember if these are the high capacity ones.
We have around 30-40 of these and don't tend to have any issues with them at all.
