Smile How to detect serial no of HDD on Win7

This is the only way I have found , apart from looking at your HDD physically.

Is there any other way from within Windows?

Re: How to detect serial no of HDD on Win7

If it is on an Intel controller then Intel's Rapid Storage Technology will show the serial number of a SMART capable disk (even if it is in a RAID array)
