    I got all the bits from Scan and get the eBuyer stuff, i.e. the case, tomorrow I hope.

    Hi again all. I'm just popping back to mention the rig is all up and running fine now! The case is an amazing bargain! Better than my old aluminium Lian-Li case! I'm VERY pleased overall! Again thank you for al the help.

    Just as a fix to the "hole in wall" bit too. Check out a cheap set of homeplugs (or expensive, depends on your pocket and taste). They will route networks over your internal mains so saves a lot of messing. More reliable signal than wireless (never had issue in 3 years using em).

    Or you can be like me and run long cables along the edges of the floor, if you have carpet you can lift the edges and hide it under the carpet, just be careful at doors, unscrew the metal divider strip and run the cable under it to avoid it getting chewed when opening and closing the door
