Could work. That ddr3 memory means you'll need a socket AM3 motherboard. In which case I recommend the MSI e51

bit of a update...

i quickly ran to maplins to buy the pci-e cable so i could use my old psu...

swap it out and its so much better and quiet.. that ezcool psu really was a pile of crap.
before i could hear the psu ramp up when i was watching youtube or stressing my video card.. thanks for you help on the motherboard i think for now im alot happier.
