Looks like a decent setup, though I question your sanity getting a 5850, literally days before the 6000 series is announced and released, as even if it is out of your budget, they are bound to have an effect on the pricing of the 5k series.

Unless you have plans of a mobo change and crossfire the PSU is too big; never gonna use all that wattage.

There should be 5850s for sub 200. As the Dragoon said 22nd is the release of the 6ks afaik.
