This means that it is dying right?

+1 to that. Another possibility; some of the recent Nvidia drivers(especially beta's) have been rather 'optimistic' in their fan speed settings. I've had to set mine back to manual after the drivers seemed to think 20% was an appropriate fan speed for a card pushing 95c
Worth checking before going for the RMA. Hope you get it sorted mate.

for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
Just to bump, do you have a picture of the red pixels - think its happening to me (Boo, i spoke to soon earlier) ?

You're lucky I feel sorry for you, or I wouldn't be able to resist ripping on you for being a Glee fan
On a constructive note, the few times I've had errors like that it's been the RAM on the GPU that gave up. So I'd deffo say it's hardware fault. Shame, hope you don't get mucked about to much getting it replaced.
That is strange, oh and so is being able to use your card for gaming still.Wouldn't stop me RMA'ing it though, the fact it's getting worse means gaming will be a no go sooner or later.
Though, on the strength of that, might be worth re-seating it and checking the cables when you open up the case to return it, just on the off chance, but I'm pretty sure it's dying.
I bought a AMD HD 5450 from Scan and it promptly arrived today. I can see myself weeping at the bad frame rates soon but until then I think I will burn my GTX 460 a bit long, make sure it is really broke so something silly does happen during RMA e.g. it work perfectly at testing XD
I see you had 4850 crossfire in your system specs, did you uninstall all AMD drivers for the 4850 and used driver sweeper aswell to delete all evidence of AMD gpu drivers before installing the GTX460 and install drivers?
Look like the issues I had with my old ati 9700pro a few years back, started out like that, they came and went, esp after long City of Heroes sessions
Then I started getting spikes caused by missplaced vertices and it kept getting worse untill city of heroes looked like this
I was also getting corruption on post and BIOS
RMA that card.

Well after all that it turns out that it was my monitor that was screw up XD
I installed the HD5450 and found that I still had the problem! I was like wth. So I double checked the cables and all. Then I thought maybe it is the monitor. Changed the monitor with a spare one and the pixels were gone. Needless to say that the GTX460 in now back in the rig and I shall be sending a emails to Dell nowGuess that explains why I was getting any crashes.
Does anyone know how Dell are at returns? Helpful? Pain in the ass? Slow?
