Advice wanted on high-res non-apple tablets
Hi everyone, I'm on the lookout for a tablet to showcase some Flash stuff and there's a ton of various phone/small tablets out there with resolutions up to 1024 x 600 but I was wondering if anyone who was a bit more up on the tablet area has any advice going from a vertical res of 786 and above with a minimum 10 inch screen?
It seems like maybe it's a bit early on in the game with the latest generation for larger demonstration equipment and everyone's so focused on what will fit in your pocket they've forgotten the days of trying to mimic laptop specs on tablets.

Have you considered a convertible tablet? i.e. Ultra-portable notebook with a screen that flips around with a touch interface.

Re: Advice wanted on high-res non-apple tablets
The TC1100 should be fine for most flash stuff. Processors tend to be ~ 1GHz Banias Pentium Ms - the forerunner to Core Solo - and are surprisingly capable for their age and TDP. I'm currently playing through Puzzle Quest on mine (match 3 makes so much more sense with a touch screen interface ;) ) so I'd be amazed if it couldn't cope...
I think if you want something newer you'll either have to wait 6 - 12 months for the next gen tablets or go for a 12" convertible like DDY suggested.
Oh, just realised who's posted in here! Two current TC1100 owners and one former TC1100 owner. I guess that should tell you something about the TC1100 ;)
