New fastest single slot graphics card?

Just when the wife's shuttle has oddly died so I no longer need a graphics upgrade for her machine to be single slot

Thought someone here might be interested though.

5770 1GB, currently on offer for £110. No HDMI port so no good for media stuff mind.

Saw these a week or two ago and was quite impressed with the concept, although that's a fair amount of hot air being blown back into the case: you'd need some good airflow to risk it.

They should be particularly useful for crossfire setups though, as they won't have the restricted airflow to the top card that you get with dual-slot coolers...

EDIT: it does occur, however, that with an appropriate riser these would fit in a 1U rackmount case.... *that* could be interesting
