Novatech - anyone used them?

Just wondering if anyone has purchased laptops from novatech and if the customer support and warranty are any good.

As I cant find the msi gx740 I want in stock at any decent retailers I have found the novatech i5 which is just a rebranded gx740.

Just wanted to test the water before buying a laptop with them. it comes with 1 year novatech warranty and 2 years msi warranty

I bought a Novatech laptop recently (W84T). Great value for money, but the keyboard quality a bit iffy - and it has developed a noisy fan. They are local to me so I need to take it back and get the fan changed and see what there CS is like.

That said, I have bought components from them in the past and there CS has always been excellent, so I'm not expecting any problems with them.

Bought a 512mb 4870 from them about a year and a half ago. Everything went smoothly until it died a couple of months ago from undetermined causes (was a powercolor one). They were happy to RMA it and since they couldn't fix it they gave me a 1gb 5770 as a replacement. Very happy with the service, good customer support.
Don't know about the quality of their laptops but their support is good.
