Exclamation Asus Striker Extreme 680i Disk Boot Failure

ok so today i just upgraded my CPU from a Dual Core (E6300) into a Quad Core (Q6600) and i get a message that says "Disk Boot Fail.Insert System Disk And Press Enter." so i just put in my Windows 7 CD and it worked but how do i get rid of that message and make it work without putting in any windows cd? do i need to do a fresh install of Windows 7? i could still use it if i put in the Windows CD and Dont Boot New Window.im kinda new to this thing so any advice or suggestion would be great
