i7 On a Budget

I'm thinking of upgrading and i am looking for some decent yet cheap hardware suggestions. I'll just be looking at CPU, Mobo and RAM. I currently have an ASUS Mobo and have been very happy with it, both in performance and looks. When i decided on my current system the choice wasn't very difficult, but now there seems to be a lot more to choose from!

Would would the hexus guru's suggest?
