    Arrow Power Supplies

I think my psu is suspect for causing several things on my computer to give up the white smoke. If someone would, please recommend a good brand/wattage for comp. with a powerful video card. Your help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

From ww.scan.co.uk the 450watt CWT PSU comes highly recommended for value/performance.

I have to agree on the Tagen 480W as it is one of our top sellers. The spec if as follows:

    +3.3V 28A

    +5V 48A

    +12V 28A

    -12V 1.0A

    -5V 0.8A

    +5VSB 2.5A

    I hope that helps.

    Cheers

The theremaltake aint to gd ive heard bad reports about it.

Ive got the Antec trueblue 480 Watt and its rock solid. if u want the best get antec or enermax but be prepared to pay for them.

I think the Tagen still has the edge on spec, but only slightly, I am not sure if it has a massive difference on perfromance, as they are both high end parts.

The Antec True Blue is a great choice of you have a Windows case, but if not the Tagen (which is a bit cheaper I think) would be a solid choice.

If your getting a case also I think one of the Antec LANBOY cases with a TrueBlue PSU fitted.
