    ATi DVI to HDMI adapter

Hey guys, I looking for a ATi HDMI to DVI adapter, I currently have my LCD TV connected to my 4870 through a standard DVI to HDMI connection.

The thing is I would like to have sound also transfered through this connection. I understand that if I was to purchase one of the ATi adapters they have the capability to transfer sound as well. I found plenty in the US but unfortunately only one for sale in the UK for 15quid, very steep for an adapter imo.

Anyone know where I could get my hands on one?

    Cheers guys.

yes, all you need to do is obviously plug the dvi into the adaptor, but you knew that already

Don't you need to connect the GFX card to a sound header on your motherboard, atleast thats why i have to do with my GTX 260.
