    my connection with Virgin Media struggles to stream a 720p video from Apple trailers. There is no way I would buy streamed HD content

    ... so they are going to be HDCP capable then?

    What it sounds like to me.


    Edit: Read it again and i see its a little more than that. Just hope its well executed and not a pain in the ass. Reality of the situation unfortunately, is that if there is DRM on digital media people will continue to download.

    don't mind DRM as long as it works and I don't notice it! If it means we can get rid of these stupid trailers at the start of DVDs!
