250 GB Western Digital WD2500BEKT any good

Hi I have seen a Western Digital Black WD2500BEKT on Scans website and was wondering if anyone has any experience with these drives. It is going in a SFF HTPC machine so need to know:

1) Are these quiet
2) Are they reliable
3) Is there anything better that you can suggest or shall I go for this?

Also is there a massive difference between the blue and black versions?
