    Re: new build

The antec 650W is on offer on today only; maybe worth comparing.

I would go 560 or 5950 instead of the 480.

really? the 480 is like 199 from overclockers at the moment... ah yeah i saw that, is it modular? i prefer to go with tagan or corsair PSU's for safe of mind

    Re: new build

The GTX480's run hot and consume an insane amount of power relative to their performance. As above i would look at a GTX560/70 or Radeon 6950/70.
Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.

http://www.scan.co.uk/products/650w-...-12v-120mm-fan at £60 looks good to me both this and the corsair are seasonic; they may even be the same unit!

TBH I'm not upto date on CPU coolers for the 1155s (?). They seem to have a wall long before heat becomes an issue iirc.

There seems to be an 80+ certified V2 version of the Corsair CX series.

Sorry! I was just commenting on the list. The HX650W and the TruePower New 650W are probably related as Seasonic make them both.
