    Im pretty sure it wouldn't do anything.. it needs RAM to do its power on self test if im correct?.. try it mate with one stick

    Tried with RAM in, nothing.

    sounds like your mobo is faulty but lets see if anyone more experienced can bring some light.. you tried a different monitor?
