£40-50 for the DDR2.
£15-20 for the DDR3.
Have no idea on the MicroSD card, sorry, but i did pick up a 16GB PNY one from Play.com for about £16 IIRC around 2 weeks ago.

for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
