Can my day get any worse!? :{

Today, my mum gave me the money to purchase the following items for my new rig:

850W Corsair
Corsair Obsidian Series 800D
1TB Western Digital
Corsair Hydro Series H70
Intel Core i7 2600K
1280MB Asus GTX 570
80GB OCZ Technology SSD
Asus Maximus IV Extreme
4GB(2x2GB) Corsair Dominator GT 1600 7-7-7-20

HOWEVER! They don't have the following "4GB(2x2GB) Corsair Dominator GT" in stock and I have to wait a couple of weeks! :{

Now the question is:
Can someone give me advise on what other rams out there, that are good for this setup?
I'm trying to go for a Corsair Housestyle

£17/2gb I'm pretty sure its the same stuff toms hardware found to be their best budget ram in a roundup last year.

You're not going to OC it as you'll be using the multiplier anyway. If its cheaper just get 8gb instead of 4.

As to the RAM, how about some Classic XMS3 The latencies aren't as tight but I doubt you'd notice the difference outside of synthetic benchmarks...

incidentally, and I might be wrong about this, but I'm pretty sure that the Sandybridge memory controller is *very* fussy about memory voltage and doesn't like running above 1.5v for the memory, in which case the Dominator GT wouldn't be much use to you...

The ordinary Dominator are CL9 - the Dominator GT are CL7.

A quick google suggests that Intel recommend no higher 1.58v, but plenty of people are testing at 1.65v without issue. However I think you'd be mad to pay hugely over the odds for funky-looking CL7 memory when you can get 1600MHz CL9 memory (@ a guaranteed safe 1.5v) for < £40. Just my opinion, though
