Pico PSU Help
I have an Inwin BM639 case, and its somewhat let down by its power supply, it is a 120w which is more than enough, but it has a tiny little fan which makes a hell of a noise.
The best way to go seems to be a Pico PSU to remove the majority of the workings from inside the case, although I'm unfamilar with these
Looking at LinITX i have picked out this one, i need to power one Sata HDD and one slim DVD drive (via Molex as I have the splitter/data cable) and the 24pin mobo connector - can anyone confirm that this is what I am after.

How does PicoPSU affect the grounding of the case, as IIRC in a normal power supply it is earthed yet one of these wouldnt be
