Its means that ati have just built them using the latest xt r360 core (better for overclocking/flashing). As opposed to buying a card from someone with old clearance stock- r350 cores- as 9800pro's were when originally released.

Changing the fan is worth a go the instuctions provided are excellent and it takes about 20mins to do nice and slowly

Plenty of us here to help you out with it

The hyundai monitors are highly regarded as are lg crt's

Plus the 450CWT & Infinity aren't a good combo (been there, got the T-shirt etc. Tagan is far better)

Ravens Nest , you do realise that a black 8xDVD/RW will only add a tenner over the 4x don't you?
No i didnt thanks, i'll add that to my cousins pc list

Ashen, thanks for the advice on the DFI nforce2, never heard of them myself i'll have to have a read up.

Hmm that makes perfect sense, looks like i'll be buying the Scans 9800 pro then especially since i'm buying the PSU from there as well.

i've seen lg monitors at a few websites but the hyundai seems few and far between but i definetly like the look of the hyundai monitor better though.
