That *would* work, but other options may be better: you could go with something AMD and a 760G / 880G chipset as long as one monitor could use VGA, or you could get an eyefinity 5 card and run all 4 monitors off one card if the monitors support DisplayPort.
When you say "video purposes", what kind of purposes?* If you're editing / transcoding then you may be able to offload some of the computational duties onto the GPUs: if not going for a Phenom II X6 would probably give you better performance as video manipulation and transcoding tend to be heavily multithreaded.
EDIT: I notice your OP says probably CCTV but you're not sure: have you got any more details to give us yet?

Thanks, looks like need to do a little bit more research.
I think I might be restricted to intel but amd does look like it could be a better solution with the hybrid crossfire, and the eyefinity looks promising too!
Unfortunately I don't really know what these machines are supposed to do, will see if I can get some more info.
