Just spotted this mATX case from Aplus
http://www.maxpoint.de/en/products/c..._objectID=1236
I really like the internal layout
Yes the psu is at the top not the bottom and only 0.6 SECC steel are the down sides
However 1x120mm at the back, space for two additional 120mm fans at the front
2x 5.25" external bays
1x 3.5" external bay
4x 3.5" hard drives, fitted by grommited screws onto those two uprights so the hard drives are over the top of the motherboard instead of at the front of the case.
Now you may think that hard drive system is a bit odd, but look at it this way.
if you only use the first upright that gives you 2 hard drives, while having the hard drives there means you have the full length of the case for graphics cards, on a normal layout the hard drive cages get in the way.
You'd probably not be able to use the 2nd upright if you want to put a large cpu cooler in there, however there should be room with it removed to fit a large cpu cooler.
Why is this ok?
Think of this as a cheap Lan case, you're not going to need lots of hard drives and a smaller case is a big plus for portability, while still being able to pack gaming hardware in and the cooling should be decent with that fan setup.
Not for sale in the UK yet but after a quick hunt you can get it in germany for around €43 the coolermaster 330 is around €39 so we're probably looking at around £30-35
and considering the current rather poor mATX cases out atm this is looking pretty good as a cheap mATX case
