yeeah im back but it not good at all thx to scan
well as you all know i said my goodbyes yesterday as my new comp was coming today and i was scared of building it lol
anyways ive waited and waited and a big fat nothing i rang the company which was scan who had my order since monday already to send and paid for but i asked if they could send it thursday for me to get friday as this was my only day off
i even rang thurs night and obviously was given some bull they said it was awaiting despatch
rang 3 times today and they said we will ring you back NOBODY DID
i rang again and a nice woman called nat said the same and i said i aint going no where i will hold
anyways turns out order was only shipped today for delivery on monday i told her what a crap service they cant even deliver on time
i said monday is no good working for next 12 days after tomorrow we might be able to deliver tomorrow she said
after 5 mins she came back and said manager has agreed to do a upgrade for sat delivery great i said
AND THEN THIS
as a token of how sorry we are we will waive half the upgrade fee for sat delivery and only charge you 5 pounds
well i fell to the floor but had to pay as monday no good
if i have this much trouble just for delivery i dread to think if something needs an rma
