    What graphics card?

Right well i was almost set on getting a second gtx460 1gb but i thought id look at alternatives to a dual card solution, as the gtx480 has popped up @£185 i was thinking this would be a good replacement.

Ideally looking to spend a max of £200, ive already got watercooling so a second 460 would add about an extra £60 so im thinking a single card could be a better option (i have a multip gpu waterblock).

Basically this is what im after:
    1. Good performance, near 2x460's
    2. Near £200 mark(cheaper better)
    3. Can be any cooler, waterblock negates this
    4. Any length should be fine

    Any suggestions are appreciated

    Re: What graphics card?

    I can't see anything other than a GTX480 under £200 outperforming 2 460's
    maybe a 6870 or a 6950 (although that's about a tenner over your budget)

    Re: What graphics card?

if it helps i just purchased a GTX460 1gb, and when i finish my system, i intend to get another and run it in SLi,

such a powerful card for the price, even beats half of these newer ones that keep coming out

or you could sell it and get a slightly higher one? but £130-150 for another would be good!

I think If it was me I would buy the 480 and maybe sell your 460 to a friend. £185 seems a pretty good price really.
