    keyboards......

    Hey guys,

I need some help deciding on a keyboard....

I have 3 keyboards in mind but I am open to all suggestions (but please keep it within the price range of the three specified)

    - Logitech G110
    # Have heard the buttons are small - cant remember where I heard that

    - ThermalTake Challenger Pro
    # I have heard that the buttons are very close together and the caps lock button is hit when intending to press "A"

    - Saitek Cyborg V7
    # The special coated "WASD" keys may get in the way of everyday use - thats just what I have stirred up from pictures

    Thank you

I have a G110, no idea what people mean by small keys. It took me a couple of days to adapt to it from my bog standard Dell keyboard but I don't think small keys were the reason.

Either way, I wouldn't discount it for reasons like that, it takes very little time to get used to a keyboard.

Thanks for the reply - that was the only thing I found that would put me against it and from your reply, i guess I cant really find any flaws with the board. Are there anythings with the keyboard that are not to your preference or a problematic or is it completely flawless for its price?

    Re: keyboards......

I was a bit annoyed that I couldn't make individual keys have different coloured backlights?

Seriously though, the only thing that has bothered me at all is that I also got a G510 recently, and the G510 feels a lot smoother to use. Now whether that's because my G110 is a bit broken, or because it's designed to give more feedback, I'm not 100% sure, but it doesn't really bother me enough to check.

So in essence, no, I'm very happy with it.

Anyone else have any experience with the Saitek or ThermalTake and have had any issues?

It really isn't worth the extra money tbh - I got it from the Very.co.uk deal/misprice @ £40 which was great, but at full price it's not worth it.
