Price and interest check - VMWare server

Hi All,
I've got a Fujitsu Siemens Econel 100 S2 Server which has been upgraded with a Q6600 SLACR and 8GB of RAM and a 500GB Samsung Spinpoint drive. I was using it as a VMWare server, but I have now got an i7 iMac with 16GB of RAM, so it's becoming redundant.

What would this be worth? I really don't want the hassle of breaking it and possibly being left with a few bits.

Maybe. Hard to tell, google isn't letting on too much about them. Usual problem of old tech not really being worth that much. I'd've though £200 would be a top end for a Q6600 / 8GB / 500GB tower server / workstation. How old is it?

Around 3 years for the server itself, but the CPU, more RAM and HDD are newer obviously.
