HighPoint Rocket 620 with a SATA II motherboard

Hey guys I've been looking into getting an SSD, specifically the Crucial 128GB Real SSD C300, and because I have a SATA II motherboard (PC specs on my profile) I wanted to know if I would notice the bottleneck?

If I would is the HighPoint Rocket 620 worth getting to solve my SATA port bottleneck?

bottleneck only comes with transfer of large files which is a rare case scenario in home system.
The beauty of SSDs is fast access time and high speed of read/writes of small/medium files.
You can probably save some money with a SATA II SSD or get the Crucial and have some future proofing which in today's computer industry is not that long anyway

Yeah I think I'll stick with the Crucial just to be future proofed, especially if there isn't a bottleneck that I will notice.

Just remembered I'm going to need a mount to fit the 2.5" drive into my 3.5" or 5.25" bays, anything you can recommend as there seem to be a lot that do not fit? I was looking at the Scythe Twin Mounter to fit it into my Antec P182.
