could i use this as a mini itx case?

    SOLVED!

Im doing a budget build and would liek to know if i can use the case from the system below to create the case for the build.
Dimensions for the metal housing are 250x175x255 (WxHxD)(mm)

It would house these items (i can install the optical drive onto of the case if there isnt enough room and then cover the whole thing in coloured plexiglass)

It would save me alot on buying the Lian Li PC-Q08.

the only thing is, i dont know how to fit the components inside and what fittings would i need?

i do realise i would have to cut out sections for fans, but i can do that, i just want to know if the components will fit inside comfortably

I can also trie to turn the system in the side and make one of the side panels the bottom and replace the current bottom with plexiglass

Out of interest does your brother not like the cases I suggested here:

    What about the SG02:

    Edit!!

Here is a review of the Q07:

Here is a review of the SG05:

With the SG02 you can use an mATX motherboard.

Re: could i use this as a mini itx case?

Sorry, i ment to answer that question before, no he doesnt (did i tell you i was dealign with someone very fussy?). He really likes the Q08, but in his searchign online has seen some really nice modded cases and wants one that is shiny (essentially a case covered in black plexi glass).

Im tempted to build in on regular case and let him mod it himself, but he hasnt got a clue how to use even a drill hence i would have to do it anyway, im jsut tryign to keep costs down thats all
