Attach MP3 player to amp ?

Hi I have a cheap mp3 player and I would like to play my songs from it on my Onkyo 906 amp. Is there some cheap way of doing it so I can play the songs fron it ?

That certainly should work. I've done it for MP3 players, for portable minidisc players and even, decades ago, for portable cassette players like the original Sony Walkman. As for links to a cable, can't help there, I made my own cables.
