Worth Upgrading?
My current system is as follows:
Mobo: Asus P5B
CPU: Core 2 Duo E6600
Ram: 2gb DDR2 6400
I basically only use my computer to go online, chat, listen to music and video skype. I do do quite a lot of photo editing in Photoshop using RAW files, which is the reason I'm wondering if it's worth upgrading. I could just get 8gb of ram and keep everything else, which would be a lot cheaper than upgrading all those 3 things, but would it make much of a difference for what I do? Would a new processor help? But that would then mean changing mobo and in turn new ddr3 ram. I'm really tempted by the i5 cpus but tbh I'm thinking I want it just because, rather than actually needing it for anything :P
What do you think?

Re: Worth Upgrading?
You could get an extra 2GB of RAM and a secondhand Q6600. Both should cost you under £100.
AMD Llano and Bulldozer are also being launched next month too.
You could get a Phenom II X4 955BE or a Core i3 2100 with 4GB of DDR3 and a reasonable motherboard for around £200.

Re: Worth Upgrading?
I'd say stick with it, maybe get some more ram (2nd hand is a good option, although does carry some risks, as long as you don't overclock the ram you should be fine)
My girlfriend is still happly using my old e6600@3ghz + 4x1gb 800mhz ddr2 for pretty much the same usage.
Not photo editing, but work with photoshop on A3 art scans (she does comics and illustrations) and high res t-shirt designs. so much the same thing.
if your sepc's are correct then personally the next thing I'd personally spend money on would be a bigger monitor. ;)
