That's what the M stands for ;)
Yes, it's fine. Sandybridge overclocking is all CPU.
Should be fine.
A MicroATX board would be expected to have all the features of an ATX board, but just without a few extra physical slots.
5 years ago mATX were viewed as quite limited and specialist, but these days they are just as good (in general). I intend for my next board to be mATX, in order to get a generally smaller system, but still intend on having powerful graphics, overclocked CPU etc.
I'm considering getting the pro version of this board, it looks good and should be fine for overclocking :)
Yep, should be fine. I think a nice 4.5Ghz should be possible!

I guess I should have picked it up from the M but theres that many letters and numbers on motherboard names that its easy to overlook :P
