Hey guys,
I hope you can help me with something. I received all my parts for my PC today and am in the process of building it, but have come up against something about which I have no clue.
The documentation I got with my Corsair Graphite 600t claims I should have 44 screws of two different varieties. I actually have eight, of one variety. This seems odd to me. If they had forgotten one type of screw, surely I would still have the correct number of the other ones. What I'm assuming is that, since there are eight motherboard holes, that is the only thing supposed to be secured with screws, but since the documentation doesn't say that, I'm completely befuddled. Also, I have eight hard rubber washers that I have no idea what to do with. I guess they're to be used in some way with the motherboard screws, but again, there are no instructions with the case nor can I find anything online, and they're not listed as part of the contents of the case. Am I being a complete idiot here?
I'm also having issues getting the motherboard to sit right in the case; it's pressed right against the I/O shield but is a couple of millimetres away from matching up with the standoffs.
Please help me if you can; I'm halfway through assembling this thing and I'm totally stuck.
Thanks a lot.
