Amd Phenom x4 955 BE (Will it a bottleneck a 6970)

Have ordered a 955 as It was a good deal, however am now a looking at a ATI 6970 and am worried about the processor bottlenecking the GPU , any thoughts?

Newer,Phenom II X4 955BE processors seem to be hitting between 4GHZ to 4.5GHZ with decent cooling.
