    Heat wave temps?

I was wondering how much a difference today weather is making on cpu and gpu temps, my cpu is 11 °C hotter and my gpu is 7 °C hotter, these are readings taken after I watched terminator 2 on dvd. I expected a few °C increase but 11 °C

So how hot are u today

    Re: Heat wave temps?

CPU is up 5C. GPU about the same. Not gaming though those are idle temps.
    Society's to blame,
    Or possibly Atari.

CPU Load temp is the same, idle is up about 6C (to be expected, given ambient is up massively and it's still below fan ramp up threshold). No change to GPU.

5 degrees hotter on the CPU according by HWMonitor
12 degrees hotter in my room!

It's 34 Degrees with my room fan on and Windows open. Folding is getting to be too hot to handle....

    Re: Heat wave temps?

I was Bitcoin mining but I simply had to turn it off yesterday, my room faces the Sun and it gets far too hot to bare. I can't imagine what it'd be like if I left it on today. I've not noticed much of an increase with my desktop though but I have opened the window and have got a desk fan on whilst I usually don't have the desk fan on and have the bitcoin rig up.

    Re: Heat wave temps?

Not worried about my CPU or GPU temps, have turned my fans up a few 100 RPMs but the main problem is the room temp... *I* felt like I was cooking

    Re: Heat wave temps?

When folding I now cross the 90C barrier, so CPU up probably 7C or so, while the hotter of the GPUs rises to 88C, up 8C or so. The perils of an mATX case in summer!

CPU has risen from 48C while encoding to 54C, I am not too happy! Though it seems several people have much higher temps

Temps dropped to 42 which is 3 above normal, oh and I realised the reason for my massive increase in temp was because all my case fans had been turned off gpu has returned to normal.
