    65W Llano A8-3800 review

The Athlon II X4 630 runs at 2.8GHZ and it seems a slower clocked A8 CPU has similar performance.

It seems that even the standard 100W A8-3850 can be undervolted quite a bit:

This CPU interests me more than the A8-3850 TBH.
The A8-3850 is constrained by memory bandwidth being shared, however this one is constrained by the TDP. Performance will likely be close enough in rela life to not be noticable. However you can stick it in a quieter PC. Hopefully it's a bit cheaper as well.
