don't waste your money over half a degree in the real world.
Capitalization is the difference between helping your Uncle Jack
off a horse and helping your uncle jack off a horse.
so what thermal compound do you use
as5 and the ceramique version for gpu's due to its none conductive formula

I use cermanic thermal grease from the hardware shop
I tried a few myself and TBH you need to make sure that you apply a thin layer. The best compound I have used are the Sin Etsu ones but these are hard to apply easily.
I would probably look at Zalman Thermal Grease:

It is very easy to apply thinly. Arctic Ceramique is a white paste which is not too thick and is also easy to apply.
The last few times I've just applied a dot in the middle and let the heatsink pressure spread it.
I watched a video on youtube where they put it on like they was icing a cake.
I wouldn't bother getting to involved as to which is the best as all the quality pastes are about the same. I myself still use Thermalright CF2.
