Case and PSU for reasonable money
I've nearly got all the parts for my second system, however I'm a bit stuck on a case and power supply.
Needs to power an Asus mobo which runs 2 x 2.4 GHz Intel Xeons chips, a Radeon X1950 AGP GFX Card and an optical drive and 2 hard drives. Useis going to be for messing about with really with the intention of using it later on as a web development box and a bit of photoshop.
I do have a really cheap ebuyer case but I've discovered that it's eating motherboards, and when I say eating it's shorting them out. I've cleaned it out, removed all of the rubbish PCI blanking plates they put in and even tried a different PSU but still they die, I've lost 3 mobos in that damn case.
I was looking at an Antec Earthwatts 380 watt PSU but I've been told to avoid those like the plague.
Looking to spend really top whack £65, did have a look at some bundles on Ebuyer with a coolermaster Elite 430 and a 500 watt PSU for £63.00
Suggestions please HeXus ?
Re: Case and PSU for reasonable money
Whats the form factor on the motherboard?
I'm guessing its going to be full ATX with it being 2 processors
Re: Case and PSU for reasonable money

Hmmm both very good options, thanks gents :)

NZXT Beta EVO ? I run my file server in one of these cases, plenty of airflow..marmite looks but its a very practical case.
Re: Case and PSU for reasonable money
I've got a 700W EZCOOL MODULAR PSU and an Xclio Godspeed Two Advanced that I paid £55 for from Scan, want me to check what I could do them for posted?

How about the Antec Atlas?

Designed for just this kind of system... The Titan is too, but it's big.
Is the motherboard E-ATX, and does it need an 8pin EPS 12V connector? What motherboard is it?
Silverstone cases are my favourite, don't skimp on the case the cheap too much ones are thin, rattly, noisy bendy and crap.

Don't need a 700 watt PSU mate for this, 450/500 will be more than enough for what I've in mind.
