    Question PC problems please help

Just finished my new build today including a new 570 bought direct from Aria HQ

Any way I am with out a mouse or keyboard at the minute, so I cant get past the bios screen. What worries me though is the picture that is being displayed at the top of my screen, am hoping this isnt a Graphics card problem ?

    "Update"

I just ran a HDMI lead from my motherboard and unplugged my Graphics card, its now displaying the exact same image "except" the pattern is now at the bottom of the screen and not the top - weird!

    Any ideas guys ?

    Re: PC problems please help

if it's doing a similar thing with a different video source it could be a problem with the monitor, or possibly with the BIOS itself? would be helpful to see if it still does it after that screen

Could be graphics card. Test it in a different computer to be sure.

Looks like a graphics card issue. Is it fully seated? Take it out and reseat it even if you think it is ok.

Are the power connectors for the card attached (if it needs them) ?

    Re: PC problems please help

My new system (in sig) has a few graphical corruptions on the EFI boot screen, as it changes resolution etc, just like some flickery lines, I expect we've all seen them in some way in the past. It's fine in the menus and once it hits the Windows boot screen.

I put it down to the very basic graphics modes in use at that point in the boot, I turned off "Full Screen Logo".
