I don't really like the one I'm currently using. It's quite cheap feeling and the enter key is too small!

How about this: http://tinyurl.com/3b6lrv2
Still love my Saitek Eclipse II. Great quality.
Thanks for that Kingpotnoodle. To clarify, I'm interested in the opinions of people on this forum, not a bunch of random shopping results. Thanks for the heads-up anyway.
Thanks for the suggestion Kalniel. I'm looking at something a bit cheaper (sub-£20) if possible.Quote:

Then anything by Logitech or Microsoft, they tend to be pretty well made and I like them. Far more telling than opinions here though would probably be the ratings on the stores like Newegg, if there is something wrong with a product the moaners will be there.
If your after just a basic keyboard then the logitech Deluxe 250 is great http://www.scan.co.uk/products/logit...oard-ps2-black no frills but very nice to type on.
The 350 for some of the extra keys http://www.scan.co.uk/products/logit...967740-0120%29
A bit more expensive, look at Cherry, these are very well made keyboards http://www.scan.co.uk/products/cherr...sb-11-20-black
the saitek/cyborg K80 is also nice as a basic cheap keyboard http://www.ebuyer.com/product/152188 (does come in other colours)
i have to disagree with Kal, i have always had god results with Logitech no matter the budget!
Cherry and OEM dell keyboards are very good though, especially this one:

Yeah that one is pretty popular at work, but when this one starting shipping with the Vostro PCs people were asking for them:

The older one with the kinked space bar is actually better.
The basic HP keyboard is pretty good too http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0002JD34...A3PXAV5FT8PFGD
But I find the space bar feels a bit wibbly, you can twist it a bit, it's just not as nice as the logitech 250 spacebar.
I really like those keyboards... last place I worked at I kitted out the whole place with them.
Mind you, I also like the old Dell ones that look a bit like this, except not so compact:

It's a long time since I've used a keyboard I didn't like.
Thanks for all your suggestions guys. I think I'll probably go for Biscuit's suggestion http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-Replac...191420&afsrc=1
There seems to be a consensus that Dell keyboards are good quality. I also like the chunky look of that one. And it's dead cheap.
One other thing - would there be a noticeable improvement if I went for a slightly more expensive (£20) keyboard compared to that one?
The Dell keyboards mentioned look similar to the one I used on a work computer. Two wore out within three years.
I got mine with a Pentium 4 Dell, still have it to this day and never had an issue with it at all :/
A few other people at work had the same problem. It was with the space bar and enter key. It was with the late 2005 to late 2007 models.
