No MOSFET cooling, could be a major issue with overclocking, also need to see if there are some on the reverse side.
(mosfet burnout was a major overclocking issue on the old DFI P55 mini-ITX board, even so it's still probably the best mini-itx board ever, unless we get some decent Z68 boards)
