The review mentions difficulty in finding a compatible power supply and Intel haven't bundled one with the board. Describing this as having a built in power supply is misleading. What it's got is a 19v power supply connection located on the rear I/O panel for use with an external power brick. The board also has an internal power connector/header so you can still hook up an PSU internally.
The PSU is built in. You are talking about the AC power adaptor. The motherboard has a built in DC-DC power supply.

The connector is listed as being a 7.4 x 5mm barrel connector. You can find quite a few power adaptors with the connector. You can get this 90W one off Play:

It would be fine if you are running a 35W CPU.
