    Cyhang Fun Cubes

These are mainly for Epia chipsets yeah?

Is there any way I can get a celeron based mobo in it?

or is that a distant dream

There are no celeron based motherboards although there is a board that can accept P4s and celerons and is ITX size. Its about £150 from Kustom PCs + cube. Thats the cheapest you'll find it anywhere.

Just get a Shuttle. The Cyhang Fun cubes aren't a lot smaller, don't look as nice, and will cost you more in the long run once you start changing the PSU to run a P4. Plus there's no AGP.
