Where can I get one of these?

    I need an
Arctic Cooling Copper Silent 2l (blue Light) heatsink/fan ASAP.

    Here's a pic of one:

EBuyer do them, but are out of stock. I can't seem to find anywhere else in the UK that does them.
If anyone knows where I can get one, I'd be most appreciative.

I can only find one without the LED fan. Perhaps you could buy an LED fan separately?

I have no idea how good the e-tailer is either. Check to see if they have a rating on the HEXUS trust...

thanks for the heads up on that one.
Yes, there are lots around without the LED, but a customer wants one by tomorrow, so I'm searching around. Can't seem to find any in the UK

You suggest buying a seperate LED fan.Does that fan look like an 80mm or a 60mm?

    Cheers

The fan looks like a 60mm, but has an unusual mounting method by the looks

I think that might be why they have a patent number on the side because the heatsink doesnt look exactly like something special. Looks like a very odd mounting system though

That CPU cooler is rather nice - I have one myself. The fan is of the 80mm variety, but replacing it is out of the question - that fan is what makes the whole thing so quiet. On the quietest setting (12dB, if I recall), I cannot hear it sitting right next to it (Running it by itself, mind you, for testing purposes. ). Either way, even if you wanted to, you couldn't replace the fan, seeing as its designed specifically to fit that heatsink.

If you can't find the 2L, settle for the 2M (It is identical, save the lights) and try sell your client a blue CCFL in addition to it - the 2L's LEDs aren't that bright anyway.

PS: The 2 is the basic model; the 2M adds a PCI backplate with a switch for three speed settings; the 2L adds LEDS to the 2M; the 2TC is basically the 2 with a thermistor for varying the fan speed according to temps.
