    Price check please - HD 3850, Xeon X3210, 8GB DDR2, IP35 Pro mobo, etc

    Hi folks,

I'm looking to move my very faithful Core 2 Quad system on (2nd fastest C2Q / 28th overall in the hexus handbrake charts ) but I'm not sure of prices - a recent thread shocked me a little by saying that a Q6600 is only worth ~£50 so I thought I'd better check before I create a for sale thread...

    Thanks in advance!

    Abit IP35 Pro mobo - P35 chipset, etc - £30?

S775 Xeon X3210 "G0". This is basically a Q6600 with an 8x multiplier. Runs in normal S775 desktop boards at 2.133GHz stock (8 * 266) and has been clocked at 3.2GHz (8 * 400) pretty much since I got it with a very small bump in core voltage - £50?

TRUE rev C heatsink and ~1000RPM 120mm fan with S775 mounting brackets only - £20?

    8GB (4 x 2GB) DDR2 800MHz - £50?

    512MB Radeon HD3850 with a Thermalright T-rad2 and 120mm ~1000RPM fan attached - £25?

I recently sold a Q6600 for £60, so that's probably a decent guide price. Your other prices don't look unreasonable to me.

Yup, all the prices seem about right to me, you may want to try adding £5 to each item if you want to push for a little more money overall but if you're selling them on here then the price is about right.
